These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your purchase of coaching and education services from Trace Logistics LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site or purchasing a program, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide coaching and education on starting and scaling a logistics company. The Logistics Business Coaching Program includes one weekly one-on-one coaching session, one weekly group coaching session, and training materials, as described on our website. Sessions are delivered virtually at scheduled times.
2. Pricing, Billing and Automatic Renewal
The program costs $497 USD per month. When you enroll, you authorize us to charge $497 to your payment method that day and on the same date every month after that until you cancel. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Charges appear on your statement as "TRACE LOGISTICS". We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any price change takes effect.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel at any time by emailing us at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges, and you keep access through the end of your paid month. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Our services are educational and coaching in nature. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, income, or result. Your results depend on your own effort, circumstances and decisions. Our services are not legal, financial, tax, medical or psychological advice.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, attend scheduled sessions or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice, and treat coaches respectfully.
6. Intellectual Property
All program materials are owned by Trace Logistics LLC and are licensed to you for personal use only. You may not copy, resell or distribute them without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the program in question.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
